STUDENT INFORMATION UPDATE

Once again we will be using the Aeries Parent Portal to update student information online. All parents should go to http://www.martinezusd.net/reg.html, and complete the steps below before Bullpup Walkthrough. If your address has changed, even if it is still in Martinez, you will need to have 3 proofs of residency at Walkthrough.

For those who do not have access or need technical assistance, the MJHS Computer Lab will be open and staffed with support personnel on both days. Click the link under "Returning Students"

  • Login with your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password (or never received it) simply click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen and it will be sent to your email.

  • Please note: If your email address has changed or is incorrect, please call our registrar at 925-335-5820, ext. 2050.

  • After logging in, you will see a message stating “You have not yet completed the Student Data Confirmation Process, Click Here to confirm…”  Click the link.

  • Verify the registration information on each of the tabs. When you get to the documents tab, please print the "Annual Rights Notification Signature Page" and bring it with you to registration.  Please note: You must click on each tab (Family Information, Student, Contacts, Medical Information, etc.) and confirm or correct all the data before you can complete the process.

  • Click “Submit Final Confirmation” on the “Final Data Confirmation” tab.

  • If you have more than one student enrolled in the district, it will be necessary to complete this process for all other students by clicking the “Change Student” link, selecting the next student, and repeating the steps above.

If you experience any technical difficulties with this process, please call our technology help desk at 335-5940.

INSCRIPCIÓN PARA MARTINEZ JUNIOR HIGH EN ESPAÑOL AQUÍ

Incoming 7th graders need Tdap before they can begin 2017/2018 School Year

Sixth graders need a Tdap shot to start 7th grade. The booster shot will help to protect your child against pertussis, commonly known as whooping cough. If your child has had the shot, please submit proof to the MJHS Student Services Office as soon as possible.  A Tdap shot given at 7 years or older satisfies the state requirement.

For your convenience, you may fax your child's shot record to the MJHS Main Office at 335-5829 or send it by email to shotrecords@martinez.k12.ca.us

Student Medications

All over-the-counter and prescription medications kept at school must be picked up by an authorized adult by the last day of school. Unclaimed student medications will be discarded. Parents must bring in new medication authorization forms each school year with their student’s medications. No medications will be accepted at your child’s school without the proper documentation. Student medication forms are available in the school office and on the school and district websites.
