11th Annual Bullpup Boy's Summer Basketball Camp:  Mark Duarte, the Athletic Director and 8th grade basketball coach at Martinez Junior High, will be holding a basketball camp for boys again this year during the week of June 17th thru June 21st.  It will be held in the junior high gym and multi-use room.  Boys entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade will go from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and boys entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade will follow from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m.  The cost is $100.00.  For a brochure or more information on the basketball camp, contact Mark at 925-360-3565 (cell) or 925-313-0414 ext. 1510 (work) or e-mail him at mduarte@martinez.k12.ca.us.

MEDICATIONS: If your child has any medications in the school office, please pick them up on the last day of school (June 7). MEDICATIONS NOT PICKED UP BY A PARENT OR AUTHORIZED ADULT WILL BE DISCARDED AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.  Parents must submit a new Authorization to Administer Medication form at the start of each school year.  A COMPLETE AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST ACCOMPANY ALL MEDICATIONS THAT ARE TO BE ADMINISTERED DURING SCHOOL HOURS.  The forms are available in the school office.

ALL PERMISSION SLIP S AND MONEY CAN BE TURNED INTO MRS. ROSSI'S OFFICE BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL, AND THE LAST 10 MINUTES OF LUNCH.
